Tires have been a familiar item accompanying the Vietnamese people since the 19th century, originating from the bicycles of the French colonial era once used by kings, mandarins, and wealthy landowners.
With the development of modern industry and public transportation, the image of tires has become increasingly familiar in people’s daily lives. At that time, old tires were even repurposed into the legendary rubber sandals, an item that accompanied the Vietnamese people through many periods of resistance, trekking through forests and crossing difficult, rugged terrains.
Tires in the Economic Development Era
Today, as the demand for national trade continues to expand and flourish, tires have become an indispensable component of vehicles transporting goods across the country. Alongside this, the demand for tire repair, maintenance, and sales has also grown rapidly. Professions such as tire patching became the main source of income for many families, especially small local repair shops at that time.
During this period, many prominent figures in the tire industry also emerged. With ambition, determination, and passion for the profession, Viet Tire Company (VIETTIRE) was established, bringing high-quality tire products to the market. The company expanded its network of service and maintenance centers across many provinces in Vietnam, with a strong presence in major cities such as Nghe An, Quy Nhon, Da Nang, and Hanoi.

The young group’s Caravan road trip spanned more than 10 days, filled with excitement and joyful moments. The most unforgettable event came when their car broke down while passing through the coastal city of Da Nang. The vehicle lost its brakes, causing great concern and difficulty for the entire group. The repair and recovery process consumed a lot of time and significantly reduced the safety of the journey. Since that trip, we have always emphasized the importance of safety and thorough preparation when setting out on long-distance journeys.
Recognizing the importance of safety on every journey, the peace of mind when loved ones return home from business trips, and the radiant joy after travels with family and friends, we decided to establish MOVEO PLUS.
